Forest Therapy
This is more than a walk in the woods. While that serves many great purposes, Forest Therapy allows the participant to connect to their inherit natural properties. In a natural setting, senses will be elevated to guide the participant into an emotional well being that can offer healing and insight.
Outdoor meeting places are adapted to client’s needs.
45-60 minutes sessions.
Teen Coaching
Mentoring teens is a passion of mine. I understand their unique stage of development that requires authentic listening and high integrity compassion.
Teens want to talk and they want to be heard.
Teens have layers of necessary emotional protection that make it difficult for them to seek a mentor.
Teens often need a slight nudge to see more clearly, move more directly, or walk more confidently.
Teens have deep innate wisdom that is their best compass to life. I can help them trust their compass.
