Spiritual Direction

St. Benedict had said that spiritual direction is a “listening with the ears of your heart.”  Meeting with a spiritual director can be a meaningful step to help you move toward wholeness and balance in life.

  • connect more deeply with yourself, your community, and your God

  • approach with a specific question of discernment

  • enjoy sharing your “soul story” with a contemplative listener

  • everyone is welcome

  • possible areas for spiritual direction could be: prayer, relationships, divorce, LGBTQ+, grief, adolescence, parenting, life transitions, faith deconstruction, or eco-spirituality.

Group Spiritual Direction

In group spiritual direction, the group of participants act as a spiritual director for each other.

  • inherent sacredness is in each person

  • the group listens deeply to each other while holding curiosity in each other’s stories

  • our spiritual journey is not ours alone but one that resonates in each other.

  • a group can already be formed before beginning spiritual direction or individuals can join a new group that is formed uniquely for this experience. Groups are typically 3 - 6 people

Forest Therapy

This is more than a walk in the woods. While that serves many great purposes, Forest Therapy allows the participant to connect to their inherit natural properties.  In a natural setting, senses will be elevated to guide the participant into an emotional well being that can offer healing and insight.

  • Outdoor meeting places are adapted to client’s needs.

  • 45-60 minutes sessions.

Teen Coaching

Mentoring teens is a passion of mine.  I understand their unique stage of development that requires authentic listening and high integrity compassion.

  • Teens want to talk and they want to be heard.

  • Teens have layers of necessary emotional protection that make it difficult for them to seek a mentor.

  • Teens often need a slight nudge to see more clearly, move more directly, or walk more confidently.

  • Teens have deep innate wisdom that is their best compass to life.  I can help them trust their compass.
